Robert founded and manages SRA Strategic Realty Advisors. He guides SRA and its clients in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, development, property management, and financial analysis of real estate assets. Prior to SRA, Robert was the Vice President of Commercial Leasing at Oldham Goodwin Group, LLC where he led their Retail Division. Robert received his BBA from Texas A&M University in College Station. He is actively involved in the community by serving on several boards, and volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, Project Unity, United Way, and the MDA Telethon.
Vice President of Residential Sales
Haley Brown-Young, Vice President of Residential Sales, leads the day-to-day operations of SRA’s Residential Division. Her in-depth understanding of local and statewide housing markets and trends allows her group to accurately value homes for sellers and establish well-positioned purchase prices for buyers in our ever-changing market.
Lance graduated from Texas State University with a business degree, and afterwards, he moved back to his hometown of College Station and joined a local bank as a mortgage banker specializing in construction, development and land mortgages. Later on, he decided to make the move into real estate and joined the family business Browne and Associates at Ashford Square Realty and then Keller Williams. He specialized in raw land and residential and was in charge of commercial leasing. The opportunity to join Strategic Realty Advisors came in March 2016. He is actively involved with the Brazos 4-H Sportsmans Club where his son participates and coaches little league. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Stefanie, and their two children, Lorelai and Carson.
Walker began his career in real estate in Austin primarily with residential clients. He has been working with SRA for two years, and handles transaction with landlord and tenant representatives. Walker has negotiated transactions as a representative of Pho Saigon, Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, and Monster Flooring. He utilizes his background in finance through an analytical approach with negotiations and property projections. A former baseball player, he has also spent time coaching/training aspiring athletes through the Spring Spirit Baseball organization in Houston. Walker is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the BCS Association of Realtors, as well as the Chapelwood United Methodist Church.
McKay started his real estate career on the construction side of the industry, having first attended Texas A&M for both his Bachelor of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management and his Master of Land and Property Development degrees. He brings an intimate knowledge of both best management practices and real estate for retail, restaurant, and industrial businesses. While working in the food and beverage industry for over half a decade, he had the opportunity to design upscale restaurants, as well as a USDA-certified commercial kitchen for his previous business. McKay is able to leverage his academic training and practical experience when evaluating and brokering real estate transactions for their best fit. McKay is a devoted husband and proud father. He is the youth leader for junior and senior high school men at Brazos Fellowship, and captain/cofounder of The Incrediballs – 5-time City League Kickball Champions.
Jessica joined Strategic Realty Advisors in February 2017 as the Office Manager. She oversees the office operations, personnel, and bookkeeping duties for the firm. She realized balancing books and making sure accounts were balanced was enjoyable. She has held various positions for bookkeeping in both real estate and engineering, as well general administrative assistant positions in Bryan/College Station for over 30 years. Jessica has been married to husband, Robert, over 30 years, they have three children, Kassie and her husband Brad, Kimmie, who teaches in the Dominican Republic, and Randy, who working at Rudy’s Bar-B-Q and RX Pizza. Jessica’s favorite time is relaxing on the beach.
