Robert Young
Principal
Robert founded and manages SRA Strategic Realty Advisors operations and strategic directives. He guides SRA and it’s clients in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, development, management, and financial analysis of real estate assets. Prior to founding SRA, Robert was the Vice President of Commercial Leasing at the Oldham Goodwin Group, LLC where he led their Retail Division for Seven (7) Years. Robert received his BBA in Business Management from Texas A&M University in College Station. He is actively involved in the community coaching basketball and volleyball for his daughters, serving on several boards, and volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, Project Unity, United Way, and the MDA Telethon. Robert attends Grace Creekside Bible Church with his wife Hayley, daughters Taylor, Sammie, and Laynie.
Hayley Young
Vice President of Residential Sales
Hayley, Vice President of Residential Sales and Leasing, leads the day-to-day operations of SRA’s Residential Division. Her in-depth knowledge of local and statewide housing markets and trends allows her group to accurately value homes for sellers and establish well-positioned purchase prices for buyers in our ever-changing market. Her invaluable service to our multifamily / residential leasing division has allowed our investors tremendous returns on their investments for every asset class we lease and manage.
Jason Ellison
Real Estate Agent
Jason Ellison grew up in Buffalo, Texas, attended Sam Houston State University, and began his professional career at a local bank. After several years in banking, Jason moved into the mortgage industry where he acquired his real estate license. Real estate was a passion for him. Both Jason’s mother and father were involved in real estate, and their example created a genuine love of the industry. Jason has owned a few small businesses, and still operates a retail business in Bryan. He joined SRA Strategic Realty Advisors to leverage his 19 years of experience in residential, land, and commercial real estate. Jason is married to Jana, and they have two daughters, Jenna and Jordyn, who are both active in multiple sports.
Bill Loden

Bill Loden moved to Brazos County in 2003 after spending over 20 years in Business to Business sales. Following his dream to buy, sell, and invest in real estate he entered the real estate market working for RE/MAX, and then a boutique firm named Cortiers. Initially working in several areas of real estate learning where his experience could be leveraged to benefit his customers, Bill had many successes. Eventually, through years of transactions, he finally gravitated towards commercial / investment properties and joined SRA Strategic Realty Advisors, LLC. Bill has a BBA from Baylor University, is married to Lori (a professor at TAMU’s Bush School), and has two great sons, Matthew a sophomore at TAMU and Ryan a senior at AMCHS.
Courtnay Randleman
Real Estate Agent
Courtnay’s multi-faceted career has been focused around serving people individually, and the community as a whole. As a new arrival to Bryan College Station Courtnay uncovered an opportunity to follow her passion for historic preservation and architecture by becoming involved in the early efforts to redevelop Downtown Bryan. She led the restoration of a historic Bryan landmark, The Astin Mansion. In addition, she launched a successful business which later sold and currently serves as a beloved, local, event space today. After starting a family, Courtnay returned to her work in the medical field in women’s health, serving many Bryan College Station women and families in labor & delivery, as well as pediatrics, while continuing to redevelop real estate as an investor and designer. She became a licensed Realtor in 2019 working with residential, commercial, and investment clients. Courtnay is a proud resident of Bryan’s Eastside Historic District, where she lives with her husband and three daughters. For fun, she enjoys studying jazz theory and playing electric guitar; and hanging around at the gym lifting heavy.
Tremaine Kidd

Tremaine Kidd a native of Louisiana grew up in the Brazos Valley graduating from College Station High School. After years of service industry experience, Tremaine decided it was time to pursue his passion for real estate. Tremaine joined SRA in 2022 specializing in Retail Leasing for our Commercial Division. In his spare time Mr. Kidd is an AAU Basketball Coach for the Bryan Dream Team. He has seen tremendous success over the last 3 years with regional championship wins as well as state championship appearances.
Cade Barone

Originally from Boerne, Texas, Cade has made College Station his home since 2021 as he attends the Mays Business School at Texas A&M. While pursuing his Bachelors in management, he began his Real Estate journey as soon as he could, becoming a licensed agent in the summer of 2022. In his pursuit of real estate knowledge, he entered the residential sector as he worked as a listing assistant for a local College Station brokerage. This gave him an immense grasp of the College Station market and is what led him joining SRA in 2024 as a Commercial Broker. As a lover of all things sports, especially golf, Cade spends his leisurely time pursuing just that on the Aggie Club Golf Team. On Sundays, he attends Restoration Church Bryan, as he strives to live under the call of his favorite verse Jeremiah 17: 5-8.
Dylan Sellers

Dylan Sellers was born and raised in Austin, Texas. He attended Round Rock High School where he has a very successful athletic career in track, golf, and baseball. Dylan still plays the links and stays in shape running. In Round Rock with his mother as an example Dylan began his philanthropy work. His mom would encourage Dylan to volunteer with her at food pantries. He also worked with people on mini projects through the Young Men’s Service League. During his senior year of high school he started a business project, a clothing line. He marketed and sold hats, t-shirts, jackets, and other accessories. This venture into the sales world led to a fasciation with real estate. Once he turned eighteen Dylan started taking courses and obtained my license. Dylans short term goals include learning everything he can about real estate, development, and financing.
Raymond Wood

Raymond is a native Houstonian who spent his formative years on a small ranch in Navasota, Texas. In 2015, Raymond relocated to College Station and graduated from College Station High School in 2018. His journey into sales began with a retail sales position in the furniture industry, where his leadership skills helped him achieve a store management position. Seeking out a more challenging career path, Raymond followed an opportunity to work in the automobile industry for BMW of College Station, where he discovered his passion for finance and transaction management. Raymond is currently pursuing his finance and real estate degree at Texas A&M while building a successful commercial real estate practice in the Brazos Valley. Raymond is married to Sydney Wood who is also a licensed real estate agent. Together, they eagerly anticipate building a thriving business as partners in both life and real estate.
Sydney Wood

Although she was not born in College Station, Sydney got here as quickly as she could! At just two months old, Sydney’s family moved to College Station, and she has been a proud Aggie ever since. After graduating from A&M Consolidated High School, she went on to study at Texas A&M where she graduated with a degree in human resource development and a double minor in business and sociology. The connection between those three majors is people. Sydney is a lover of people, and a helper by nature. It is her goal in every aspect of her life to serve people. This has transferred well to residential real estate, where she has had the opportunity to help people make one of the largest investment decisions of their lives. Sydney is married to husband Raymond Wood, a fellow agent at Strategic Realty Advisors. Their fun fact is that they are “barely” high school sweethearts, meeting one month before graduating, when they attended the CSISD Hall of Fame banquet. Together they aid in serving the youth group of their home church, Brazos Valley Church of Christ.
John Mathews

John Mathews continues a family legacy of real estate experience. His grandfather was a homebuilder for 40 years in Walker and surrounding counties, and his parents are investors and active managers of their properties. Since graduating from Texas A&M University with degrees in Business Management and Master of Land Economics & Real Estate, his experience includes, and is still active in, brokerage, residential and commercial management, construction, and retail business ownership. Aside from business activity, John is an active member of First Baptist Church Bryan, participating in the music ministry and summer mission work.
Cody Allen
Commercial Real Estate Consultant
Cody Allen is a third generation Texan holding a Master’s Degree in Architecture, and a Certificate in Asset Repositioning and Turnaround Strategies from The University of Texas at Arlington. Since his early 20’s Cody has been investing in real estate. Mr. Allen has been a commercial real estate consultant for the past 12 years working directly with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD clients. In addition, Cody has worked with real estate equity partners like Blackstone and Lincoln Avenue Capital performing property condition assessment and real estate due diligence. During his tenure as a real estate consultant, he was instrumental in building an efficient and effective HUD Due Diligence group, leading through training new employees, building internal software, and standardizing processes for efficiency. Cody also is an accredited mediator in the state of Texas to help find solutions to sometimes unfortunate situations in real estate and other legal areas. He joined SRA Strategic Realty Advisors to bring his multifaceted decades long history, knowledge, and background in the industry to the benefit of his clients. Cody has two young boys, Pruitt and Preston and a beautiful partner in life Emily. He enjoys being with his family, small carpentry projects and golfing – which he has stated will be his retirement plan as a member of the Senior PGA Tour.
Cari Rice
Accounting Manager
Born and raised in College Station, Texas, Cari Rice has over 15 years’ experience owning and operating several small businesses in the Bryan/College Station area. Cari attended Sam Houston State University and received a Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice, giving her the opportunity to intern with the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission, expanding her knowledge in the regulations and laws towards businesses in that industry. Her accounting experience began when she started her businesses specializing in retail, sales, food and beverage industries. In the last six years her business management and accounting experience expanded into construction and real estate accounting. Overseeing and managing the accounting for businesses that had contracted revenue over $60 million annually. She enjoys fishing and going to the coast. Always up for trying new things like golf and stand-up paddle boarding. Her two children, daughter Elliott and son Brody keep her busy and grounded.
