Toya is a College Station native. After graduating from A&M Consolidated, she studied general studies at Blinn College in Bryan, Texas. During her exceptional experience finding her first apartment home with her newborn daughter, Toya knew she wanted to help others and be a part of the experience of helping people find their perfect home. She started a career in multifamily leasing and property management in College Station which lead to an incredible opportunity in Dallas. Later she accepted a new challenging opportunity and moved to Southern California where she flourished in Property Management and started a family. She is now an energetic mother of three intelligent little ladies: Soleil, Zuri, and Leya. She enjoys hiking outdoors, horseback riding, creative arts, dancing, and exploring travel with her daughters. Toya has been assisting a diverse demographic of clients find their homes for 14 years. Toya has decided to expand her passion for real estate to Commercial Real Estate where she will represent buyers, sellers, and investors. Toya receives the utmost joy when handing over keys to her clients. She is excited to be back in her hometown of Bryan/College Station to serve her community with SRA.
